Directions

Directions for Use: Step 1: Apply lipcolor evenly to clean, bare lips and wait until dry. Step 2: Brush on topcoat. Reapply as desired. To remove: Use any oil or cream based makeup remover or cleanser. Good for 18 months once opened.
