Stovetop Instructions: 1. Rinse rice thoroughly before cooking. In a medium saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. 2. Stir in 1 cup of rice, bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes or till all water is absorbed. 4. Let stand for 5 minutes. 5. Fluff with a fork and serve. 1 serving = 3/4 cups cooked.
