How to Use Red Star Organic Yeast: Blend yeast with dry ingredients. Add warm liquids, -120 degrees F. Or dissolve yeast + 1/2 tsp. sugar in 1/4 cup warm liquid, -110 degrees F. Substitute one packet of Red Star Organic yeast for one 1/4 oz. Packet of dry yeast in any recipe. One packet of Red Star Organic Yeast will raise up to 4 cups (-1 lb.) of flour. Store in a cool place.
