Directions
To Use: Store the liner horizontally. Draw a line along the lash line starting from the inner corner of the eyelid to the outer corner of the eyelid. Use the skinny tip to create thin, detailed lines. Use the angled tip to create a bolder line. Close lid tightly to prevent product from drying out. Dermatologist and ophthalmologist tested. Not suitable for use on the waterline. Cat Eye Look: (1) Draw a thin, even line as close to the lash as possible. (2) Start of the inner corner of the eye extending to the outer corner. (3) Create Your Wing: Holding the eyeliner tip at the same angle, draw another line above the one just mode and draw another line to the lashes.(4) Fill in between the two lines created.
