Split wing at each joint and discard tips. Deep fry at 400 degrees F (high) for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and then drain. Spread sauce to coat completely. Or, bake in a roasting pan at 425 degrees F for 1/2 hour. Coat with sauce, turn chicken and bake for an additional 1/2 hour.
