Cooking Instructions: For Stir-Fry or Saute: Soaking: 1. Pour noodles into a bowl. 2. Cover with very hot tap water. Stir to separate. Soak noodles for 30-35 minutes. Do not over soak. 3. Drain noodles. 4. Stir-fry noodles with your favorite ingredients until firm yet tender (al dente) and heated through, about 5-8 minutes. Enjoy! As Pasta: 1. Add noodles to 4 quarts salted boiling water. Stir to separate, boil until tender, yet still firm (al dente), about 5-8 minutes. 2. Immediately drain cooked noodles. Quickly rinse under cold water and drain again. 3. Add your favorite sauce. Serve immediately. Enjoy! In Soups and Stews: Use leftover noodles in your favorite soups and stews. Just add prior to serving. Warm through. Enjoy!
