All You Need: 1 pack Weber Just Add Juice + 1/2 cup lemon juice + 1-1/2 to 2 lbs seafood or chicken. All You Do: 1. Combine marinade mix with lemon juice in a resealable plastic bag; mix well. 2. Add meat, turning to coat. Place sealed bag in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer, turning bag occasionally. Tip: For optimum tenderizing, marinate 8 hours or overnight. 3. Remove meat and discard remaining marinade. Grill on preheated cooking grates. Instead of lemon juice, try: orange juice, good with pork or chicken; lime juice, good with salmon or shrimp.
