With a quick twenty minute cooking time, farro can be used in soups, salads, stews or casseroles and can even be used as a substitute for brown rice. Cooking Instructions: Use two parts water to one part farro. Bring water and farro to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until grains have absorbed most of the liquid. Keep away from direct sources of light and heat. Store in a cool and dry place. After use, roll down bag and close flaps to retain freshness.
