Bake: Muffin Instructions: You'll need: 1 bag Kodiak cakes mix 2 eggs (or egg substitute) 1 cup milk 1/3 cup oil (or melted butter). Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand stir until blended. Divide batter among 12 cups in a lined or greased muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. For high altitude baking (+3,000 ft), increase oven temperature by 25 degrees F. For optimal freshness, store in a cool, dry place.
