Directions
In a saucepan, whisk 3 tablespoons Tony Chachere's White Gravy Mix, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cook about 1 minute, stirring occasionally or until desired consistency. While cooking, sprinkle and stir to thicken gravies, stews and sauces. Store in a cool dry place.
