"Stovetop: Squeeze the pouch to loosen the rice. Tear open and pour into a skillet. Stir in 1 tsp of olive oil and heat over medium until warmed thoroughly. Microwave: Squeeze the pouch to loosen the rice. Tear the top corner to vent. Heat on high for 90 seconds, then let it steam for 1 minute before serving."
