Remove onion rings from packaging. Place frozen rings in a single layer on a baking sheet; 3. Cook for 8 minutes. Turn over and cook for an additional 7 minutes or until crispy and an internal temperature at center reaches 165 degrees F; 4. Serve immediately. Oven temperature may vary; adjust cooking time as necessary to reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Deep Fry: 1. Heat oil to 350 degrees F; 2. Carefully place onion rings into heated oil; 3. Fry for 2 minutes or until crispy and an internal temperature reaches of 165 degrees F; 4. Drain on paper towels before serving. Pan Fry: 1. Heat 1/3 cup oil in skillet; 2. Add onion rings in a single layer and cook at medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and an internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Flip halfway through cooking time; 3. Drain on paper towels before serving. Microwave Oven: Cooking in the microwave is not recommended. Caution, onion rings will be hot after cooking. Keep frozen.
