Directions

How to Use: Step 1: Dip angled brush into jar to pick up a small amount of product to outline brows. Step 2: Fill in brows by applying color in the direction of hair growth. Step 3: Use spoolie brush to blend and groom. Build color for desired intensity. Remove excess product from brush; close lid tightly after each use. Good for 12 months once opened.
