Serve warm. Proudly Wisconsin cheese. Juusto is a buttery-flavored, flat and squeaky cheese made in Scandinavia for over 200 years - called Juustoleipa or Ostbrod, meaning bread cheese. We bake each piece in our our special ovens to create a delicious toasty crust. Traditional cheese created with milk from cows on Wisconsin pastures, hand milked by Amish farmers; delivered to our plant in chilled milk cans - the old fashioned way.

Directions
To Serve: Warm in oven, microwave or skillet until it glistens; cut in strips and serve as an appetizer. Microwave: Heat on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stove Top: Heat in skillet over medium heat 4 minutes per side or until cheese glistens. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake in pan for 20 minutes. Grill: Place on foil and grill 5-10 minutes. To Serve: Cut into strips, triangles or cubes and serve as an appetizer or side dish. Warning Instructions: Remove from package. Keep refrigerated.
