Enjoy hot or cold. Shake well. Combine Oregon chai concentrate with equal parts milk or a dairy substitute. Stir & recharge. 1/2 Oregon Chai; 1/2 Milk or dairy substitute. Hot Chai Latte: Heat mixture using stove top, microwave or steaming wand. Iced Chai Latte: Pour mixture over ice. Makes 1/2 gallon per container. Caution: Do not microwave packaging. Refrigerate once open. Simply twist cap to open. Use within four weeks.
