Keep refrigerated at 38 degree F (3 degree C) or less. Use within four days of opening. Perishable: keep refrigerated at 38 degrees F or below. Proper Storage: Ducktrap Smoked Salmon has been carefully sealed in a vacuum package. Because we use no artificial preservatives, our smoked salmon needs to be kept refrigerated at 38 degree F or less when not being served. It is best stored unopened until the Use By date on the package. Unopened, it can be frozen for up to 3 months. After opening, it should be kept well wrapped in the refrigerator and eaten within 4 days.
