Directions

How to Wear: It is recommended to wear the straps for 4 hours the first day and gradually increase 1-2 hours per day thereafter. After 1 week, if you feel you need more support, switch to the dark blue insert and follow the gradual wear time again. Straps should be worn on both feet to ensure proper body alignment. Washing: Hand wash warm, No tumble dry, No iron, No bleach, No dry clean. Intended Use: To support the foot, arch and heel. Always read the label. Use as directed.
