YOU WILL NEED 8 oz. uncooked rotini pasta, 1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 1/2 cups sliced baby bella mushrooms, 1 pouch Campbell’s® Savory Marsala Sauce. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Cook rotini. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp. oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken. 2. Saute mushrooms in remaining oil in skillet for 5 min. until lightly browned. 3. Return chicken to skillet. Add sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce heat. Cook for 2 min. or until done. Serve with rotini.
