Let's Get Cooking: 1. Combine Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes with salt (if desired) to rapidly boiling water. 2. Return to boil and cook for 90 seconds, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and allow to cool (cereal will thicken slightly). Serving: 1; 1 C water; dash salt; 1/3 C flakes. Serving: 2; 2 C water; 1/8 tsp salt; 2/3 C flakes.
