Cooking Instructions: 1. Boil: Bring 3 cups water or broth to boil in medium pot. 2. Cook: Stir in 1 cup green lentils. Boil over medium heat 5 minutes. Remove from heat. 3. Finish: Cover and let stand 5 to 10 minutes, depending on desired texture. Drain, as needed. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. Do not eat raw. Fully cook before eating.
