Frontera Chicken Tacos: 1 small onion, thinly sliced. 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1/2-inch cubes. 1 pouch Frontera Taco Skillet Sauce Warm tortillas, chopped cilantro and shredded cheese. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion. Cook until golden, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Remove to a plate. 2. Add 1 tablespoon oil and half of the chicken to skillet. Cook until golden, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Remove to a plate. Repeat with remaining chicken. 3. Heat sauce in skillet. Add chicken and onion to sauce. Stir until heated through, about 1 minute. Serve in warm tortillas with cilantro and shredded cheese. Cut.
