You Will Need: 3/4 cup milk; 1 egg; 4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, melted. Tip: For easy serving, chill Pumpkin Pie Bars before cutting. 1. Heat: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 8x8-inch pan. 2. Whisk: Whisk filling mix, milk and egg until smooth. Allow to sit while crust bakes. 3. Stir: Stir crust mix and melted butter until crumbly dough forms. Press dough firmly and evenly into bottom of pan. Bake 5 minutes. 4. Bake: Whisk filling mixture again and pour over hot crust. Bake 32-35 minutes or until filling is set and center does not jiggle when lightly shaken. Cool before cutting. Store in refrigerator. High Altitude: No adjustment necessary. Do not eat raw dough.
