Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: To Pan Fry: Arrange slices in an unheated skillet. Cook at 340 degrees F for approximately 3-1/2 minutes on eash side, or until cooked. Drain on paper towels before serving. To Microwave: Put slices on a double layer of paper towels. Place on a microwave proof or paper plate and cover with another paper towel to prevent splattering. Microwave on high power for 45 seconds to 1 minute or as indicated below. Begin with minimum length of time, then check until done. Slices: 4; 2.5-3.5 minutes. Slices: 6; 4-5 minutes. Slices: 12; 8-9 minutes. For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
