Directions

To Use: Lift top flap of pouch and unfold pad. Peel pad away from pouch and press into panties. Keep pouch for disposal. Remove the adapti-wings wrapper from the center of the pad. Wrap wings around sides and attach by pressing underside of panties. To Dispose: remove pad from panties. Roll or fold pad and place into pouch. Dispose in wastebasket. Do not flush.
