Stovetop Instructions: 1. Add 2 cups milk (For best results, use whole milk. Because stoves and microwave ovens vary, cooking times are approximate. Adjustment to cooking time may be required) to saucepan over medium-high heat. Using whisk, gradually stir in contents of package. Bring milk mixture to boil, stirring constantly (mixture will be smooth and thick), about 5 min. 2. Pour mixture into 2-cup mold, or divide evenly among four 1/2-cup molds; cover. Refrigerate until firm. 3. Loosen pudding by running thin knife around edges. Invert dessert onto serving dish(s); sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Microwave Instructions: 1.
