INGREDIENTS: Brown Rice, Sweet Brown Rice, Wild Rice, Red Rice, Black Rice
Directions
"Using a fine mesh sieve, thoroughly rinse desired amount of rice under cold water for 1-2 minutes and drain. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 ¾ cup water and 1 cup rice to boil. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer, and cook for 45 minutes. Remove from heat (keep covered) and steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Tip: If rice is too firm at the end of cooking, no big deal! Try adding 1-2 Tbsp. Water and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes."
